The Lakeside Hotel is a venue I visit a lot throughout the year. As a covid rescheduled wedding I was so pleased I could still capture Sarah & Pete's Wedding in May 2022. It was absolutely worth the wait!
With just 12 guests it was the perfect intimate setting. Sarah & Pete both got ready at the hotel before holding their ceremony in the Oak Room overlooking Lake Windermere.

We went straight out into the garden for confetti, lawn games and photographs.
As beautiful as the gardens are, we took a little adventure to a nearby view point to capture some magical views of the Lake District.
When Sarah & Pete went on their first date, Sarah took a pack of playing cards to break the ice. She surprised Pete with a Lake District set at the top of the hill so it was only right to have a quick games of snap on their wedding day too!
AND then the ice cream van showed up so we couldn't possibly not have one!
Back at the Lakeside it was time for them to re-join their guests as their afternoon cruise began. They took a short trip down Lake Windermere before sitting down for their wedding breakfast.
This was a magical day and one that will stick with me. Sarah & Pete were the loveliest couple and made me feel like a guest the whole day. Thank you!
