On a traditional lakeland day back in July 2019 I had the pleasure of capturing Claire & Greg's Wedding in Coniston. It's a wedding I had been looking forward to since meeting them both. As we sat and discussed their plans over tea and cake we soon realised we had a lot in common. I mean a wedding in the mountains with dogs, a giant tipi, pizza oven and homemade gin sounds like perfection to me!
The weather was atmospheric as the fog rolled in and out as the day passed by. Claire & Greg were more than happy to stand in the rain and trust my plans for their photographs.
The dogs were part of the congregation in church, they climbed the mountain side for their pictures, ear defenders were worn during the speeches and pizzas were cooked into the evening. It truly was a brilliant day and one I'm so grateful to have photographed.
