Ali & Jack's Lake District Wedding at the Wild Boar

Today, on this rainy and windy day I'm looking back to one of the hottest weddings I have photographed! On a red hot day in July after all those months of lockdown and postponements, Ali & Jack got married surrounded by their friends and family at the Wild Boar near Windermere.

I got to know Ali & Jack the few years before their wedding when they visited the Lake District. We met for coffee and did a Pre Wedding Shoot on a stunning winters day. I felt like they were my friends. I was so excited to photograph their day and I created some of my best work that day. It was a huge team effort and a day that will stick with me for a long time.
